A bipartisan bill, the Dietary Supplements Access Act (HR 4794)  was introduced in July 2023 in the United States House of Representatives by Representative Darrin LaHood (R-IL), and co-sponsored by Representatives Brendan Boyle (D-PA), John Curtis (R-UT), and Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ). The bill, if made law, would make vitamins and other dietary supplement products FSA and HSA eligible.
