How We Help Employees?

A Flexible Benefits Plan allows you to pay for your healthcare related out-of-pocket expenses with your income before it is taxed. Additionally, there are insurance products available which can be payroll deducted and used to supplement the current group plan provided by the employer.

We would welcome the opportunity to partner with your firm to add or administer a Flexible Benefits Plan for your client. We will work seamlessly with your organization to be sure that your clients needs are met to the standards that you require as their Broker. These plans could include COBRA Administration or setting up a DCAP, FSA, HRA, HSA, POP or Cafeteria Insurance Plan that could accompany the group plan your firm administers.

Additionally we can partner with you as a Servicing Agent for any voluntary/worksite benefits that your groups offer. We are available and willing to assist with presentations and other various enrollment related needs.
